Organisation’s Name: “The Outlanders”; Outlander is the title used by all members and groups of members are referred to as Outlanders. The name of the organisation doesn’t exist as such, it is simply a title given to numerous people.

Organisation’s Use: To ensure the survival of all Outlanders.

Description: No set limit to the amount of Outlanders, however during the Congress a High Outlander is appointed (through general vote) to oversee all aspects.

Code: The Outlanders are not bound by a single ideal or philosophy, simply by their continued will to survive another day. They do not march to the tune of zeal or duty, they maximise their chances of survival in any circumstances; however they do tend so have a somewhat mercenary nature, demanding payment for any and all tasks they take part in.
The Outlanders may take any job from anyone they like, so long as they receive physical payment (be they cash, weapons or so on), and no other Outlander is to begrudge another due to their choice of task.

Once every couple of years, there is no set date but the Outlanders will be notified in one manner or another, a Congress is called and all Outlanders who are contacted by this message are bound by chains of brotherhood (no feminine form, all are equal) to attend the gathering. At this meeting everyone will share their knowledge, tricks of the trades and so help to better each other and increase chances of survival. Not only this, but a market is set up in which Outlanders may trade items of equal or greater value for other items, meaning that scavenging should be a primary skill for any Outlander.
